5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, under data processing agreements:
- Pixapop CommV (Hofkensweg 32, 9420 Mere, Belgium, BE0781.805.548), our web and email hosting and website maintenance provider. Pixapop works with sub-processors including Hostinger (hosting, Cyprus), Smartworx/Microsoft (email, Belgium/Ireland) and Google (advertising, Ireland).
- Google Ireland Ltd. for website analytics and advertising, where you have given consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
- Contact form messages: kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, and removed at the latest one year after our last contact, unless a longer period is legally required.
- Technical/usage data: kept for a limited period (up to six months) for security and maintenance.
- Analytics and advertising data: retained according to the settings of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
7. How we keep your data safe
The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection (SSL/TLS). It is protected by the Wordfence firewall and malware scanner, and access to data is limited to authorised people. Hosting takes place on secured servers with encryption, access controls and regular backups.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to the processing of your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place.
